A BIT OF HISTORY

Le Tête à Papineau refers to a popular Quebec expression: "Ça ne prend pas la tête à Papineau!" which is associated with the very intelligent and talented speaker, Louis-Joseph Papineau.
On the cheese label, we recognize the manor that the lord had built in Montebello in 1850.
