A BIT OF HISTORY

L'Adoray pays tribute to Adorice and Raymond, respectively grandfather and father of Alain Boyer, the artisan cheesemaker from Montebello, who was inspired by respect for the word and the value of the work of the two men.
L'Adoray, was created to highlight the heritage bequeathed by generations of the Boyer family, and was presented to the public during the 5th anniversary of the cheese factory in 2016.
