OUR CHEESES

LOCAL PRODUCTION - The milk, whether cow's or sheep's, used in the manufacture of our cheeses, is produced on farms located near the cheese factory. It is also the milk of a single herd. All available space is used for processing. Upon receipt of the milk, pasteurization, seeding, molding, pickling, ripening in three separate rooms, and packaging are carried out.
